In 2013, as a senior at the University of Michigan, Max co-founded Salads UP. Throughout college, he felt that a healthy option was missing in the Ann Arbor market. With millennials being more aware of the importance of nutrition, he decided to create Salads UP to serve the market. With a healthy, innovative menu that appeals to college students, Max has grown the brand to three locations, including one in Madison, WI. In addition to his work at Salads UP, Max has been a hospitality consultant for the last three years, providing strategic advice and counsel to multi-unit brands across the country.
Prior to Salads UP, Max was an acquisitions & development analyst at Tishman Speyer in New York City.
